The Scholar Enrichment Program is open to all students at the University of Houston, regardless of major. While most students that participate in SEP are primarily natural science, mathematics and engineering majors, the program offers assistance to any student enrolled in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and/or/mathematics) courses.
SEP provides "Top notch" support for students at the University of Houston. Those students majoring in the STEM disciplines qualify for financial assistance through National Science Foundation-sponsored stipends. There are no extra costs involved in joining SEP, and there is no formal application process.
